Club Events
All club events at Toronto Metropolitan University must follow the official TMU Medical Student Council (TMMSC) Events Protocol. This ensures financial accountability, risk management compliance, and coordinated student programming.
Please review all steps carefully before planning or advertising your event.
Club Funding
Each club will be notified of being approved for a maximum funding cap for the current year.
Please note that all clubs operate under a base budget of $0, and funding is provided through an activity-based reimbursement model, meaning:

Funding is not guaranteed

Events must be approved in advance

Reimbursements require receipts and must comply with TMMSC and University policies
Additional funding may be available if the overall budget allows. Please indicate this in your event request form if applicable.
